CEC Club Rides & Routes for Tonight

Hey Everyone,

What a great stretch of weather we are having!  Tonight's riding should be stellar.

All groups rolling out from the shop at 5:30. Let's ride.

Group A,  Dan Kurowski leading

Here is today's route for the A Ride. We are heading to Stafford and Tolland. 

A Group:
•  fast pace; 18-20mph average
•  fast pace no-drop ride, groups will regroup at the top of climbs.  
•  routes not marked on road, please be familiar with the route

Group B, John Taloumis leading

B riders, John's going to surprise you with another great ride. 

B Group:
•  fast pace; 17-19mph average
•  fast pace NO-drop ride, groups will gather back up at major intersections and re-group points.  
•  routes not marked on road John will lead you well.

Group B-, Ed Fogarty leading

We have a great 50 miles planned, target pace 17mph +/-, so we need to roll out right at 5:30. There are some hills so the route will be modified as we go (shortened) to accomodate our actual pace.  We heading out through Hampden then Palmer, almost to the Quabbin and then coming back through Ludlow and Wilbraham.

B- Group:
•  intermediate pace; 16-17mph average
•  intermediate pace NO-drop ride, group will gather back up at major intersections
   and re-group points.  
•  routes not marked on road, please know route prior to the ride.

Group C, Deborah Huber leading

Ready for some climbing? Tonight we'll head out to Wilbrahan to warm up on some rollers, then to Somers for a bit more of a challenge and then back to the shop via the ever requested Hall Hill.  Check it out.

 C Group:
•  recreational pace; 14-16mph average
•  NO drop ride, groups will gather back up at major intersections and re-group points.
•  routes are not marked on road, please be familiar with the route prior to the ride.
